The history of the group is rooted in the establishment of a small boutique Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) in Fremantle, Western Australia in 1999 trading as Concept Networks. Through the years, the business activities of the group have grown both in size and scope from the early days of offering retail Internet services to local small businesses in the heart of Fremantle, through to today, offering a range of telecommunication and advanced Information Technology services throughout Australia and beyond its borders to Indonesia.
Along the way, the original company structure has evolved into a group of companies accommodating acquisitions and 3rd party interests, making it today a strong and diverse associated group of businesses. More importantly, the organic and strategic growth patterns have availed the company of a team of individuals dedicated to and sharing in the growth of the group.
Testament to the companies conduct within the industry is that today many of the companies that originally supported the company as maiden suppliers in its early days of development are today customers themselves of the group.
